We moved the business from Excel to Odoo and built a custom HR service solution: working-hours calculation, rotational shifts, organization hierarchy, automated recruitment, payroll automation, leave and attendance with approval workflows, and appraisal and bonus management. An API integration connects Odoo with their customized website.
