Client Overview

Balfakih Electronics distributes Dahua Technology security products in the region. We acted as the Odoo functional and technical consultant for the distributor management system.

The Challenge

  • Tracking a large product range by SKU and lot.
  • Stock spread across multiple warehouses, valued correctly including discounts.
  • Keeping product information and monthly sales and purchase data in sync with Dahua.
  • Invoicing in multiple currencies and offering convenient payment options.
  • Controlling what each staff member can see and do.

The Solution

We implemented Odoo for complete inventory tracking and multi-warehouse stock management, and built an integration with the Dahua API for product information and monthly sales and purchase synchronization. Multi-currency invoicing, WhatsApp integration, online and bank payment options and custom access rights complete the setup.
